Francesco Teo is the owner and CEO of TEOVISUALS s.r.l., a video production company specializing in the motorcycle sports industry. With extensive experience in videography and in creating high-adrenaline content for brands such as YAMAHA, MV AGUSTA, and CFMOTO, he is dedicated to narrating compelling stories through high-quality visuals.

Francesco's career began as an Executive Producer for the World Motocross Championship, an experience that allowed him to travel the world and collaborate with some of the best professionals in the industry. He honed his skills by working as a freelance producer for video production agencies, developing content for prestigious events such as Ducati's press launches and several productions for YAMAHA MOTOR Europe. In recent years, Francesco has worked closely with YAMAHA RACING, developing and producing the team’s presentation videos for WSBK and MXGP. Additionally, Francesco has also gained valuable experience in MotoGP, working alongside the renowned motorsport photographer Gigi Soldano, further developing his expertise in the world of motorcycle racing.

In 2022, Francesco accomplished one of his proudest projects: producing THE GREAT ADVENTURE, a sports documentary produced in collaboration with YAMAHA MOTOR EUROPE, which was distributed on Amazon Prime Video in Italy and the UK. This work earned him a nomination for "Best Sports Documentary" at the Motor Film Award 2023 in London.

An author and executive producer, he has been working in the advertising and film industries for over 20 years. He wrote and produced “You see a bike,” a film about the history of MV Agusta, and “The Great Adventure,” a film in collaboration with Yamaha and directed by Francesco Teo. it chronicles the Yamaha team's feat among the dusty roads of the Africa Eco Race. it received a nomination in the “Best sport Documentary” category at the 2023 Motor film festival in London. Both films have been distributed on the most important OTT platforms (Amazon Prime, Apple Tv, Google Tv) on an international scale. when it comes to advertising, he has written, directed and produced films for major brands and agencies, such as Heineken, MV Agusta, Nolan, Mutti, Fiat, Whirlpool, BMW, Volkswagen, MOW MAG and several others. He writes and produces brand content, commercials and film projects, serials and documentaries on a permanent basis.

Born on the seaside and growing as a project manager for large companies, Alessandro landed in Milan where his career as a director of photography began. among the Milan agencies. Consistently working in teams with creative directors, producers, stategists, social and digital teams within the agencies, Alessandro developed his expertise in the role of operation manager. after overseeing dozens of commercials ads in several industries, such a motoring, fashion, corporate and commercial, he decides to return to Liguria and pursue his own career. He embraced the idea of his friend and colleague Francesco in the creation of TEOVISUALS, contributing to making it what it is now, a well known international production company.
